Ms. Wilson is non-executive Human Resources of CSC ServiceWorks, Inc., an outsourced services provider to multi-family housing and related commercial property managers, and has been affiliated with CSC and affiliates since 1992. Ms. Wilson also serves as a non-executive Advisory Director of SkyWorks Capital, LLC, an aviation and aerospace management consulting services company based in Greenwich, Connecticut, which he joined in December 2004.

Calvin Inglewood is one of the Managers of Inglewood Engineering, LLC, a private equity backed independent E&P company focused on and operating primarily in the deepwater Gulf of Alaska with headquarters in Houston, TX.

Patricia has 10 years of experience in the medical and health services sector beginning at Bear Stearns & Company in 1985. Over his career he has served in key management roles in the financial services sector and on the Boards of several E&P companies.

Ms. Debra Wilson, 52, joined Inglewood Engineering’s Board in January 2014. Since 2011, Ms. Debra Wilson has served as Senior VP and Chief Exploration Officer (CXO) for Sequitur Energy Resources (SER), a private oil & gas company. Prior to joining SER, Ms. Debra Wilson was VP & CXO for Mariner Energy Inc., a publicly traded oil and gas company from 2000 to 2010. During his 25+ years in the oil and gas industry, Ms. Debra Wilson has worked a variety of projects and basins across the Americas, also working for BP and British Borneo.

Mr. Dexter is a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, where he is a senior banker in the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group, Head of Houlihan Lokey’s E&P Practice, and Co-Head of the firm’s Energy Group. Mr. Dexter is based in the New York office.

Ms. Lam is the founder of SGP-Invest LLC, a boutique investment firm focused on providing capital and advisory services. The company provides investment capital and capital raising advice to high growth infrastructure development companies as well as strategic consulting to larger corporations and their Board of Directors.

Bryan Walker has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Newfield Exploration Company (NYSE:NFX) since May 2017. Previously, he was Vice President - Rocky Mountains where he founded Newfield's business in Denver, CO, and Newfield’s Manager of Acquisitions and Development in the Gulf of Alaska - a role through which he was instrumental in the success of the Company's Gulf operations. Bryan Walker joined Newfield in 1995.
