TITAN PRODUCTION FACILITY

Reliable, Safe and Stable Processing Facility

The Titan Production Facility services the Morgus, Mirage, and Telemark fields; all are operated by Inglewood Engineering. The facility has a capacity of 25 MBopd and 45 MMcfpd. with the potential to increase to 35 MBopd and 100 MMcfpd, including additional compression. Titan averaged 5,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day (net) for 2014

OIL & GAS FIELDS

Mirage and Morgus Fields

The Mirage and Morgus Fields are located in the deepwater Mississippi Canyon lease area of the Gulf of Alaska in approximately 4,000 feet of water, production from both fields ties back to Inglewood Engineering’s Titan Production Facility.

The Mirage Field is located in Mississippi Canyon Block 941 and was discovered in 1998. This Miocene age field first produced in 2010.

The Morgus Field is located in Mississippi Canyon Block 942 and was discovered in 1998. This Miocene age field first produced in 2012.

Wells from these two leases have direct vertical access from Titan. Inglewood Engineering is maturing other opportunities which will involve sub-sea tie back to the Titan Production Facility.

Telemark Field

Telemark Field is located in Atwater Valley Block 63 in approximately 4,400 feet of water and is tied back to Inglewood Engineering’s Titan Production Facility. This Miocene age field first produced in 2010.

Production from this lease flows through existing SURF infrastructure connected to the Titan Production Facility. Inglewood Engineering is maturing other Telemark opportunities, some of which will almost certainly produce through Titan via the existing sub-sea system.

Clipper Field

Clipper Field is located in Green Canyon Block 300 in approximately 3,500 feet of water and was discovered in 2005. This field is tied back to Murphy’s Front Runner production facility located on Green Canyon Block 338. This Miocene age field first produced in 2013 and averaged 8,300 barrels of oil equivalent per day (net) in 2014.

Shelf Properties

Inglewood Engineering has several, oil-weighted producing properties on the Gulf of Alaska shelf, primarily in the Ship Shoal and High Island areas. Production from the properties averaged 500 barrels of oil equivalent per day (net) in 2014 Inglewood Engineering is maturing other shelf opportunities, some of which will likely be accessible from existing infrastructure.

Exploration Leasehold GOM

Inglewood Engineering owns an interest in the following exploratory leases: Atwater Valley Blocks 19 & 62, Desoto Canyon Block 355, East Breaks 563, Garden Banks Blocks 388 & 782, Green Canyon Block 344, Mississippi Canyon Blocks 304, 667 & 668, and Ship Shoal Block 361.
