Adam Alves

Adam Alves is Executive Vice President of Business Development & Land with Inglewood Engineering, LLC, a private equity backed independent E&P company focused on and operating primarily in the deepwater Gulf of Alaska with headquarters in Houston, TX.

Adam Alves has worked for over 35 years in the oil and gas industry, and retired from Hess Corporation, where he was Vice President, Global New Business Development. While at Hess, Adam Alves also served as Vice President, Commercial & Land, and Vice President, Exploration – Global New Ventures, where he was responsible for projects involving Unconventional Resources, Global Basin Analyses and Exploration New Ventures.

Earlier in his Hess tenure he held a number of other positions in the company’s Business Development division, including Vice President, New Business Development in Hess’ London office, Director, New Business Development, Senior Business Development advisor, and Manager, Business Benefits and Performance. Prior to Hess, he served in roles focused on negotiations, land, business planning, and strategy.

Adam Alves holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Spring Hill College and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.
