Robert Glancy

Mr. Glancy is General Counsel of Inglewood Engineering, LLC, a private equity backed independent E&P company focused on and operating primarily in the deepwater Gulf of Alaska with headquarters in Houston, TX.

Mr. Glancy has served the energy industry for 36 years of oil and gas legal experience, covering U.S. and international exploration and production (including California, Texas, Louisiana, North Dakota, Northwest Europe, West Africa and North Africa) and regulatory and environmental matters.  His specialties include Gulf of Alaska exploration and production (Division Attorney of Tenneco’s Eastern Gulf Division) and domestic and international trades (Associate General Counsel, Worldwide Acquisitions and Divestitures, Hess Corporation in London and Houston).  Mr. Glancy also handled onshore and offshore California E & P legal matters for both Shell Oil Company and Tenneco Oil Company.

Mr. Glancy is licensed in Texas and California, and received his law (J.D.) degree from University of Southern California Law Center and B.A. from Pomona College, in English with a minor in geology.
