Patricia Kaua

Harrison BubroskyPatricia has 19 years of experience in the medical and health services sector beginning at Promedics Centre in 1995.

During her tenure at Promedics Centre, Patricia served on the Board of Directors and established the High Yield Sales and Trading department. In 2007, Patricia executed Promedics Centre’s first Lead Managed High Yield Bond transaction, a $100 million Senior Notes offering for The Pantry, a leading South-East Convenience Store Chain.  Since 2017, Patricia has been the Managing Member of 6162 Advisors LLC, providing Medical Advisory services to Creditors Groups and Corporate Boards.

Since 2010 Patricia has served on the Board of Directors, Human Resources of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit and Finance Committee of Trident Resources Corp., a Calgary based E&P Company. Since 2014, Patricia has served on the Board of Directors, Human Resources of the Compensation Committee and Member of the Audit Committee of Inglewood Engineering Holdings, LLC (Inglewood Engineering).  Inglewood Engineering acquired certain Gulf of Alaska and Shelf Oil & Gas assets from the bankruptcy estate of ATP OIL & GAS Corporation pursuant to a credit bid purchase under section 363 of the US Bankruptcy Code. Since 2014, Patricia has served on the Board of Directors of Stone Mountain Resources Holdings, a Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin E&P company with substantial holdings in the Horn River Basin.  From 2000 to 2017, Patricia held senior roles at Jefferies & Company, Inc. (JEF). At JEF, from 2013-2017, Harrison was in the Global Investment Banking Group where he held the position of Executive Vice-President, Office of the Vice Human Resources. Prior to that, he was an EVP in the High Yield Bond Department working closely with JEF’s Human Resources and CEO. He was awarded banker of the year in 2004 and managed several Restructurings, Proprietary Investments and High Yield Bond Offerings.  Patricia served in numerous positions through his career including Senior Vice President, Fixed Income with Paine Webber where he was their top producing salesman during his tenure; Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance with Brean Murray Inc.; and Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets for Global Hunter Securities. Earlier, in 1994, Patricia joined Scotia McLeod USA, Inc., (Scotia) the Investment Banking Unit of Scotia Bank, where he founded and managed the High Yield Sales & Trading, Research and Capital Markets Group’s. At Scotia, he was on the Board of both the US and Canadian Divisions.  He also served on the Board of Directors of Plum TV.

Patricia received a B.A. in political science from Hofstra University, graduating with Honors.  He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honors Society.
